TubeMentor ("we", "our", "us") is an independently developed iOS application created by Kemal Yavuz, an individual developer based in Turkey. The app is distributed globally through the Apple App Store.

Important note on YouTube data: The video metadata we fetch (title, description, tags, view count, like count) is entirely public information already visible to anyone on YouTube. We do not access private videos, your YouTube account, or any non-public data.

No other third-party services are used. TubeMentor does not include advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, crash reporting tools, or social media integrations.
All your analysis history, usage counts, and app preferences are stored exclusively on your device using iOS UserDefaults and local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it.
TubeMentor does not operate its own backend servers or databases. We do not store any user data on remote servers controlled by us.
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting user data, we will notify affected users and relevant supervisory authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law (72 hours under GDPR, promptly under KVKK).

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You retain ownership of all content you create using TubeMentor (including AI-generated descriptions, titles, and analysis results you save). By using the Service, you grant us no license to your content.
The AI-generated analyses, descriptions, and recommendations produced by TubeMentor are provided for your use. We make no intellectual property claims over AI-generated outputs delivered to you. However, similar outputs may be generated for other users, and we do not guarantee exclusivity.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
