Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Free users receive 2 video analyses per month. Free tier does not include competitor comparison, channel analysis, or Creator tools.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

TubeMentor uses AI to generate analysis and recommendations. These insights are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in improved YouTube channel performance. Results may vary.

7. Intellectual Property

TubeMentor and its content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does video analysis work?

TubeMentor fetches publicly available metadata from any YouTube video (title, description, tags, view count, likes) using the YouTube Data API, then sends this data to our AI engine to generate a detailed analysis and score.

Does TubeMentor access my YouTube account?

No. TubeMentor only reads public video data. We never ask for your YouTube login credentials or access your private channel data.

Why is my analysis count not resetting?

Your monthly quota resets on the 1st of each month. If you're having issues, go to Settings and check your reset date. Contact support if the problem persists.

Can I analyze private or unlisted videos?

No. TubeMentor can only analyze publicly available YouTube videos.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → TubeMentor → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
